Goals/targets:
The final goal of the project is the creation of a "Centre of educational
advisory and consultation services for vocational training". This goal
will be achieved through the following specific objectives:
- training of educational advisors/consultants in policy, management, and
methodology of training and development,
- development of the methodology for assessment/accreditation of prior
experience and learning (APEL),
- development of educational standards (ES) for positions of
supervisors/line and middle level managers,
- training of consultants and trainers in the methodology of development of
training products (including development of distance learning materials),
and work-based learning,
training of trainers in the field of: quality management, information
technologies, environmental management, communication and transferable skills.
