The Large-Scale Systems Group is the part of
Department of Cybernetics and Artificial
Intelligence
Faculty of Electrical
Engineering and Informatics
Technical University Kosice .
The LSS Group is interesting in synthesis of Decision Processes,
Reliable Control and design of decentralized and hierarchical control
of Large-Scale Systems by using nonclassical approaches.

Main goal of the project
The main goal of the project is the research and design of
decentralized and hierarchical algorithms of control and decision in
large-scale dynamic systems
(decentralized control, decentralized decision proccesses) by using
of nonclassical methods (fuzzy, neural, fuzzy-neural algorithms).
Project
Technical University of
Kosice.
The main goal is specified by the following subgoals:
- Creating of models of large-scale systems namely from the viewpoint
of modern approaches to control such systems.
- Formalization of control and decision proccesses by using of
nonclassical methods (fuzzy logic, neuron nets, etc.).
- Decentralized methods and algorithms of control and decision in
large-scale dynamic systems (decentralized fuzzy control, decentralized
decision proccesses).
- 4. Programming means of intelligent control and decision in the hierarchical
distributed computers systems at the real laboratory physical objects.
